The Breathing Pendant combines beauty with purpose. This piece is handmade with my signature pattern against an oxidized silver background, doubling as a tool to aid in deep breathing and help with tactile stimulation. Choose it with my signature pattern in sterling silver or gold over the oxidized silver, and let this piece serve as a calming companion throughout your day.
How to use it:
- Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
- Hold your breath for 7 seconds.
- Exhale through the pendant for 8-10 seconds.
If this feels challenging, start with shorter counts (e.g., 2/3/4 seconds) and increase gradually. Listen to your body and find a rhythm that works for you.
